Yolanda Carter

Yolanda Carter is an accomplished leader with 25 years of experience in diverse industries, specializing in technical leadership, strategy, operations, and commercial capabilities. Her expertise encompasses global team leadership, new product development, change management, project management, and process improvement.

Yolanda has spent 18 years involved in the medical device industry and comes with a strong background in human anatomy, regulatory compliance, quality assurance and quality control, people management and leadership.  When not involved in driving enterprise objectives, Yolanda supports her community through dedicated time and effort.

Yolanda attained the rank of Captain in the US Army, serving as an Environmental Science Officer in the Medical Service Corps and holds a Master of Public Administration in Environmental Management and a BA in Mechanical Engineering.
